How does payment work?
DiZiDash does not process payments online. All payments are handled entirely by the restaurant shown on the menu. Please have your cash or card ready. If paying by card, restaurant staff will bring a payment terminal to your table/location at the time of delivery.
How do I communicate a food allergy or special request?
All dietary requirements, modifications, and allergy inquiries must be communicated directly to the restaurant shown on the menu. Once your order is placed and accepted, an in-app chat feature will unlock on your screen. You can use this to message the restaurant about specific dietary needs or special preparation requests.
Who do I contact if there is an issue with my food?
Because you are ordering directly from the restaurant shown on the menu, any disputes, refund requests, complaints, or reviews regarding the food, drinks, preparation, delivery, or service must be addressed directly with that restaurant.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is sent, you have a strict 2-minute window to cancel it directly from your device. After that countdown expires, the order is locked in. If you need to request a cancellation after this window, you may use the in-app chat to contact the restaurant; however, granting a late cancellation or modification is strictly at the restaurant's discretion, as preparation may have already begun.
Can I order from multiple places at once?
Because each restaurant operates independently with its own menu, staff, and payment terminal, you must place and pay for separate orders if you wish to enjoy items from multiple menus.
Ordering location
When you place an order, DiZiDash may ask where you are sitting, such as DiZi or CREWS. This is only used so restaurant staff know where to bring the order. DiZi or CREWS staff may help customers use DiZiDash, find an order, or contact the restaurant if needed, but orders are prepared, delivered, serviced, and handled by the restaurant shown on the menu.
Zero Tolerance for Unpaid Orders (Theft)
By submitting an order through DiZiDash, you enter into a transaction with the restaurant shown on the menu. Please remain at your designated table/location and pay for your order in full upon delivery. DiZi Universal, S.L. premises may be monitored by CCTV for safety and operational purposes. Unpaid, abandoned, abusive, or fraudulent orders may result in refusal of future service by DiZi, DiZiDash, and participating restaurants. Where appropriate, DiZi Universal, S.L. and/or the affected restaurant may recover losses or refer the matter to the relevant authorities.
Platform Liability & Food Safety
DiZiDash is a digital software platform provided by DiZi Universal, S.L., designed solely to facilitate convenient table-side ordering. DiZi Universal, S.L. does not prepare, cook, handle, or deliver the food or drink items listed on restaurant menus. The restaurant shown on the menu is responsible for its own menu items, prices, ingredients, allergens, preparation, availability, service, fulfilment, delivery to your table/location, and any order-related issues. DiZi or CREWS staff may assist with using the system, but this does not transfer responsibility for the restaurant's products or service to DiZi Universal, S.L.
Data Privacy (GDPR Compliance)
DiZiDash does not require user accounts and does not collect card or banking details. For orders, a telephone number may be requested only as a backup contact method if you do not respond to DiZiDash Chat, if the restaurant needs urgent order clarification, or if restaurant staff need help locating your table/location. The number is transmitted to DiZiDash Hub over HTTPS and stored only as a short-lived, encrypted order contact record. It is not broadcast through the live order channel. Once the order is completed or canceled, the contact record is deleted or overwritten and only a masked reference may remain in the operational order history.
Privacy & Cookies
DiZiDash uses only essential local storage/cookies needed to run your order, restore your tracker, enable sound alerts, and send your order to the restaurant handling it. We do not use advertising, marketing, tracking, or analytics cookies. Order details such as your ordering location, table/name, phone number if entered, order items, and chat messages are used only to process your order and help restaurant staff serve it correctly.
Technical Disclaimer
While we strive to provide a seamless ordering experience, DiZi Universal, S.L. is not liable for orders that are delayed, dropped, or unfulfilled due to user internet connectivity issues, browser limitations, or third-party server outages.
